Jennifer Bartolo, FNP-C I am a certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. I graduated from the University of Phoenix. I began as an RN with Dignity Health with most of my experience on a Med/Surg/Oncology unit. It is my goal to help empower patients to reach their healthcare goals through education and understanding.
I live in the East Valley with my wonderful husband and two kids. Family game nights are my absolute favorite but I do have a reputation for being the competitive one. I was raised that anything worth doing, is worth doing your best and that has become a philosophy I live by. My promise to all my patients is that I will always do my absolute best by you too!
Maggie Schlenker, FNP-C I have been a nurse in the ER/ Level 1 Trauma center for over 12 years. I graduated from The University of Phoenix with my master’s degree, and I am a certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC. I grew up in California and made my way to Arizona in 2008. I am married to a wonderful man and have two children that I am obsessed with. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats. My family and I love going to the lake with our boat during the summer and taking our RV camping when it is cooler.
I am a huge patient advocate, focused on education and empowering people to create a healthy lifestyle. I am here to answer any questions and offer solutions and guidance on how you can better yourself. I believe that everyone has their own story to tell so I am not here to judge anyone's past or current situations, but instead help them to be their best self. God has blessed me and I love to help others to the best of my ability.
