Medication Refill Policy:
It is your responsibility to notify the office in a timely manner when refills are necessary. Approval of your refill may take up to three business days so please be courteous and do not wait to call. If you use a mail order pharmacy, please contact us fourteen (14) days before your medication is due to run out. It is important to keep your scheduled appointment to ensure that you receive timely refills. Repeated no shows or cancellations will result in a denial of refills. All prescriptions require a follow up appointment every 3 to 6 months.

For the convenience of our patients, we have a phlebotomist in our office to perform blood draws. The phlebotomist performs blood draws Monday through Friday from 7:15 AM – 2:00 PM. All laboratory services MUST be scheduled, no walk-ins, no outside lab order for other providers.

Call Back Policy:
It is our policy to return all patient calls the same day, however, calls left after 2pm may not be returned until the following work day. The office voice mailbox are checked frequently during the day and a staff member will return your call.
I really love bringing my family to see Brenda and Wendy! They always always make time for my family and work with our crazy schedules. They never ever rush us with our appointments and take the time to make sure we understand everything and answer any questions. We also get the "why" behind the answer. We have brought our kids here for well child and shots, sick visits, and sports physicals. I am consistently impressed with the time and care they put into each appointment. In a world where the doctors are usually in the room for 3 minutes, I would much rather go here and actually know who I will see and that they will spend the appropriate amount of time on our appointment.
